Margherita Mugnai

As a Sociolab facilitator, trainer and co-design enthusiast, I feel accomplished when the people I work with express their full potential, by fruitfully exchanging ideas and building collaborative projects, by exiting isolation through the creation of dense networks and by using their talents and skills to develop their own solutions to complex problems. I am a member of Sociolab, a multidisciplinary research centre in the fields of participatory processes, social research, training and communication.
