Culture and Arts

CitizensLab acknowledges specific individual national, regional or personal cultures, but also believes in a wider European culture. We want to inspire people to engage with, create and to be affected by the arts in order to defend the place of art as both a means of self-expression, and as a driving force for development and change. Arts and culture are capable of making new connections and promoting emotional or mental engagement and shifts.
